Do your products carry a warranty?

At Production Case, we typically carry products which meet or exceed a specification such as ATA 300 or MIL-STD-C4150-J. In addition, our custom built cases come complete with a lifetime warranty against defects in workmanship during normal use.

How do you go about deciding which of your various products to offer?

We often are able to offer our clients a variety of solutions based on their specific requirements. The decisions we make are based on the desired method of transportation, the fragility of the cargo in question, the dimensions and weight of the hardware, and the desired case material as specified by our clients.

How do you go about fitting products into custom cases?

Within our vicinity, we normally do an on-site needs assessment or ask our clients to visit our showroom. With customers from across Canada and the United States, we can also provide suggestions and quotes based on drawings and/or specifications provided by our customers.

What options do you offer on your cases?

We offer solutions based on your needs. From custom colours, to graphics, to wheels and stackability features, the options don't end until you've found what's right for your needs.

Are all your cases custom built?

While we are able to provide custom solutions to specific customer needs, we also offer a huge range of 'off the shelf ' packaging solutions from the best in the business. We are confident we can help you find the right case for your requirements.

What is your return policy?

For over 20 years we have been helping government and business with their transit case requirements. We make every effort to ensure that you recieve the right cases for your equipment. We encourage you to consult with us on your particular needs and concerns prior to purchase.

If however you are not happy with your purchase, you may return most new, off the shelf cases (Pelican, SKB, UK) within 30 days of delivery. Returned goods will be inspected prior to acceptance and are subject to the respective manufacturers product guarantees: Pelican, SKB

All returned goods must be in their original packaging. Please contact us prior to returning any shipments.

Shipping & handling including any associated customs, duty and applicable taxes / charges will apply. In addition, all accepted returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

If you have received an item that was shipped incorrectly or if a defective item was shipped, please contact us immediately and we will make every effort to get you the correct item.
