Shipping Terms and Conditions

Free Shipping Details

•    Free shipping applies to Pelican, Pelican-Storm, or Nanuk case orders over $ 150.00 (net).
•    Free shipping may apply to other products as noted on the individual product pages.
•    Orders must ship to a qualifying Canadian destination with a Purolator, Fed-Ex or UPS.
•    Orders must ship complete to qualify for free shipping.
•    Rural destinations do NOT qualify for free shipping (if your postal code contains a "0" it is considered rural).

Overnight Shipping Details

We offer next business day delivery to Toronto (GTA), Montreal, and Ottawa on most orders of Pelican and Storm cases (empty or with foam). This applies to both free shipping orders  and flat fee shipments. Orders must be in by 12:00 PM EST in order to be shipped out for next business day delivery.  Please note that we are closed on weekends.  Orders placed on weekends will be processed and shipped on the next working day.  

Your business is most important to us and while we endeavour to maintain higher than average stock levels than other dealers, inevitably there will be times when we may be out of stock on a particular item. Should your item(s) be temporarily out of stock, you will be notified of a delivery date or you may cancel your order.  If your order is urgent and a part-ship is required, additional shipping charges may apply. 

Non-Qualifying Order

• A Standard Ground Rate is charged for all Pelican, Pelican-Storm, or Nanuk case orders under $ 150.00 (net). Orders shipped to a Canadian Rural addresses (excluding Yukon, Northwest Territories, Newfoundland/Labrador, and Nunavut) are subject to an additional $20.00 surcharge.

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
